We offer counselling sessions for all age groups which may be conducted face to face in the clinic setting or online using Zoom or Skype. We are now also offering walk and talk counselling sessions for those individuals that would like to meet their counsellor personally whilst at the same time keeping safe. Walk and talk sessions provide the added therapeutic value of all that walking and of being in nature provide. Teenagers may also benefit from this type of therapy as it can feel less intense making speaking about difficult subjects easier for them.
